Locke Lake Property Owners Association - Monticello, MN

Mission Statement
Our goal is to reduce the impact of how our properties affect the natural state of the lake and to endeavor to work together as a community to make Locke Lake an oasis just 40 miles from the big city.   Please consider becoming a paying member of our association. 

About Us
The Locke Lake Property Owners Association was founded in 1967 and there are approximately 95 property owners.
The Association consists of residents and property owners on Locke Lake and provides information about what is happening with our lake. You will find opportunities to help ensure Locke Lake becomes one of the healthiest lakes in Minnesota.  The Locke Lake Property Owners Association is a not-for profit organization that considers all residents and land owners participants.

Here are some ways the Locke Lake Property Owners Association Benefits us all:
- Provides meetings and social time for gathering to meet your lake neighbors and learn about events held on the lake.
- Monitors the lake quality monthly and sets traps looking for zebra mussels.
- Assists the DNR in maintaining the watercraft launch and signage.
- Stocks fish in addition to the DNR stocking.
- Maintains this website with information about the association and issues about maintaining a good quality of life in and around our lake.
- Pays the DNR fee for treating the lake.
